Senator Abaribe Shuts Down National Assembly, Demands Nnamdi Kanu’s Release

Abuja – Chaos erupted at the Nigerian National Assembly today as Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe took a bold stand, demanding the immediate release of Nnamdi Kanu. Abaribe, who previously stood as Kanu’s surety, vowed that legislative activities would not continue until justice was served.

Holding a placard and blocking key access roads, he declared, “Enough is enough!” He described Kanu’s prolonged detention as unjust and against the rule of law.

“As a surety, I have always stood with Nnamdi Kanu, and I will continue until justice prevails,” Abaribe stated. “If President Tinubu insists on lawlessness, then let it be total lawlessness.”

He insisted that nothing in Nigeria would function until Kanu was released.
